Young striker on big scene

Joveljic makes debut in UEFA Champions League

Dejan Joveljic, the young Red Star Belgrade, born in 1999, after excellent games and goals in the Youth Champions League, as well as in the Serbian Superliga, won a chance in big scene: in the "real" UEFA Champions League.

Coach Vladan Milojevic introduced Joveljic into the game at the half-time of the match Napoli Fc - Red Star Belgrade Fc in the 5th round of the Champions League, when score was 2:0 for the host. Our Jovelja left a great impression in the other 45 minutes, fought bravely with world class defenders Kalidou Koulibaly and Raul Albiol, and the Serbian champion played 1:1 with one of the best teams in Europe in that part of the match.

This will surely be an incentive for Dejan Joveljic to continue with the frenzied work and exploit every opportunity that is shown to him!
